New Agency Registration

Dear Travel Partner:

Thank you for choosing AmaWaterways!

To ensure your agency is registered with AmaWaterways and eligible to receive commissions, please follow the instructions below and submit the required documents via email to SalesData@amawaterways.com

  1. Travel Agency Registration Form: Complete This Form thoroughly and accurately, ensuring it is signed and dated.
  2. Completed W-9 Form (U.S. Agencies Only): This form is essential for tax purposes. Ensure it is signed and dated. You can download it here: W-9 Form.
  3. Void Check: If you prefer ACH for commission payments, attach a voided check to confirm your account information.
  4. Agency Documentation (Choose One Applicable):
    • ARC/IATAN Agencies: Submit any document issued by ARC/IATAN that contains your ARC/IATAN number (e.g., ARC letter of appointment or IATAN personnel list).
    • CLIA Agencies (North America Only): Include a copy of your current CLIA certificate.
    • TRUE Agencies: Provide a copy of your letter of affiliation.
  5. Agency Letterhead: This should include the agency name and legal name, primary contact name, physical address, phone/fax numbers and email address.

Important Reminder: We must receive all the items listed above before we can add you to our database and grant you access to the Travel Advisor Portal. Ensure that both the Registration Form and W-9 form are signed and dated, as this step is crucial to expedite the registration process.
