New Agency Registration

To ensure your agency is registered with AmaWaterways and eligible to receive commissions, please send us the required documents below and email to SalesData@amawaterways.com

1. Completed, signed and dated Travel Agency Registration Form: Please click Registration Form https://amawaterways.widen.net/s/njd8ssz8sf/travel_agency_registration_usd
2. Completed, signed and dated W-9 form must be included with all U.S. only agency registration requests. Please click W-9 Form
3. ARC/IATAN agencies: Any document issued by ARC/IATAN that contains the ARC/IATAN number. Examples of these documents: ARC letter of appointment. IATA Certificate or IATAN personnel list.
   • CLIA agencies (North America travel agencies/advisors only): A copy of your current CLIA certificate.
   • TRUE agencies: A copy of your letter of affiliation.
4. Please include a copy of the agency’s letterhead with the agency’s legal name, DBA, primary contact name, physical address, phone/fax numbers and e-mail address.
5. Voided check or any bank document (if opting for EFT or ACH for commission)

Important Reminder: Please note, we must receive all the requirements listed above so we can add your agency to our database and allow you access to the Travel Advisor Portal. Please ensure that Registration form and W-9 are signed and dated as this step is crucial to expedite the registration process.
