Itinerary
Arrive in Lima
In the evening, arrive in Lima, where an AmaWaterways representative will welcome you and accompany you to Miraflores Park, A Belmond Hotel. Join an introductory briefing at the hotel, then enjoy the evening at leisure.
Lima and Cusco
In the morning, explore Miraflores and bohemian Barranco, including the Bridge of Sighs, on a tour led by a local insider. In the afternoon, fly to Cusco and check in to Monasterio, A Belmond Hotel, your home for the next three nights. In the evening, enjoy dinner at Oqre, featuring contemporary Peruvian cuisine.
Machu Picchu Aboard the Hiram Bingham
In the morning, board the Hiram Bingham, A Belmond Train, for brunch and onboard entertainment through the Urubamba Valley. On arrival, enjoy a private, expert-led tour of Machu Picchu. In the evening, return to Cusco aboard the Hiram Bingham with dinner, Peruvian wines and live entertainment.
Maras, Moray, and Cusco
In the morning, visit the Maras salt pans and the concentric Inca terraces of Moray. In the afternoon, explore Cusco's highlights, including the Cathedral on the Plaza de Armas, Santo Domingo and Koricancha, followed by the hilltop fortress of Sacsayhuaman. In the evening, enjoy a three-course tasting menu and a Pisco Sour demonstration at MAP Café.
Cusco to Lima
In the morning, transfer to the airport for your flight back to Lima. In the afternoon, check in to Miraflores Park, A Belmond Hotel, and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure before a farewell briefing with your Cruise Manager.
Depart Lima
In the morning, after breakfast, transfer to Lima International Airport for your flight home.
