REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 5 cabins – 10 passengers
Maximum 20 cabins – 40 passengers
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS SCHEDULE:
Initial per person group deposit is required to
hold group space.
To guarantee staterooms, passenger names and a second deposit
is due within 7 days of the initial booking.
Final Payment is due within 90 days
prior to departure.
ADDED VALUE (Applicable to cruises on the Danube, Rhine,
Mosel, Rhone & Seine rivers):
With a minimum of 35 full-paying passengers, the
group will get their own exclusive bus and English-speaking guide for shore
excursions.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation policy will be applied as
specified in the group proposal.

Full ship Charters and Part Charters for as few as 15 cabins are available
throughout the season offering our very lowest rates.
FULL CHARTER:
Full ship chartering provides the opportunity to enjoy exclusive use of the
vessel.
PART CHARTER:
Part Charters offers low rates for the precise number of cabins needed.
